Intellectual property

Everything on this site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) belongs to Studio Self or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Please don't reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Service work and ownership

For client work, you own each finished deliverable once you accept it. Until acceptance, drafts and working materials remain SELF property. Confidential work stays private unless you ask to credit SELF or JA Westenberg publicly.

Engagements

Scope, timeline, commercial terms, and any refund terms are set in the proposal or agreement for that engagement.

After work has been delivered or accepted, we do not refund that work unless the agreement says otherwise.

Use of the website

This site is provided for information. I keep it as current as I can, but make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of its content. I'm not responsible for the content or practices of external sites I link to, and I'm not liable for damages arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. I may update these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted here.
