By using this website (thisisstudioself.com) or engaging SELF, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site or the service.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) belongs to Studio Self or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Please don't reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Service work and ownership

For subscription work, you own each finished deliverable once you accept it. Until acceptance, drafts and working materials remain SELF property. Ghostwriting and confidential work stay private unless you ask to credit SELF or JA Westenberg publicly.

Pause, cancel, and refunds

You may pause or cancel a subscription at any time. When you pause, unused days are saved for later and billing pauses with the plan. Unused active request slots do not roll over month to month while the plan is active.

If you are not feeling the engagement within the first week, we refund 75% of the first month, no questions asked. The remaining 25% covers kickoff and onboarding. After the first week, you can cancel anytime, but we do not refund past work already delivered or accepted.

Use of the website

This site is provided for information. I keep it as current as I can, but make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of its content. I'm not responsible for the content or practices of external sites I link to, and I'm not liable for damages arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. I may update these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted here.
